I am a therapeutic integrative counsellor which means I draw on a range of theories to work with each person as I offer a quiet and safe place above Fine & Country, St Johns Street, within the heart of Bury St Edmunds  and offer both short and long-term counselling depending on individual needs. 

I believe that we are all capable of change and growth and work alongside you as we talk through your experiences and make sense of yourself and the world around you. My experience shows me that with understanding of self we are able to choose who and how we are. As we come into life through and into relationship this is what harms but also heals us. The therapeutic relationship offers safety, security and the ability to change.
